About the role

Are you a master multitasker who loves keeping things moving behind the scenes? Moriarty Foundation is looking for a dynamic Hub Operations Coordinator to be the backbone of our local teams in Tennant Creek and Borroloola, NT. In these vital roles, you will ensure our groundbreaking programs—John Moriarty Football (JMF) and Indi Kindi—run seamlessly within schools and local communities.

From data management and compliance to event coordination and facility logistics, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps our hubs organised, compliant, and thriving.

What you will do

  • Keep us moving: Coordinate local community events (like gala days), manage facility bookings, and oversee local supplier and trades relationships.
  • Master the details: Manage program data entry, session scheduling, and hub compliance checklists (first aid, vehicle servicing, and supplies).
  • Support the team: Streamline staff compliance (Working with Children checks, timesheets), coordinate professional development training, and pitch in with team transportation when needed.
