John Moriarty shares his story with the girls of Glen Eira FC

Recently John Moriarty, our Co-Founder and Co-Chair, had the pleasure of participating in an inspiring webinar with Glen Eira FC‘s female players and their families.

John shared his story and touched on his experience being part of the Stolen Generations, how he started playing football in Adelaide and how he overcame setbacks in his life which led to his football achievements.

John also spoke about the John Moriarty Football program and the impact it has had on Indigenous communities, highlighting the power of football to create positive change.

All the girls and parents loved talking to John and asking him questions – it was an experience they will remember forever.
