Indi Kindi celebrates new Deloitte Access Economics evaluation report

Indi Kindi evaluation report launch event

Thank you to everyone who attended and supported the lunch where we celebrated the launch of a new evaluation of Indi Kindi from Deloitte Access Economics.

The report evaluated the breakthrough education, health and social impacts of Indi Kindi, demonstrating that the program is equipping a generation of Indigenous children with the tools to break cycles of disadvantage.

The event was hosted at the offices of Moriarty Foundation’s long time legal partner, MinterEllison, and it brought together Indi Kindi’s supporters and those interested in Closing the Gap.

A big thank you to Indi Kindi educators Deandra McDinny and Annika Rory who travelled all the way from Borroloola in Northern Territory to share their insights and experiences of Indi Kindi. Thank you also to the Moriarty Foundation team for their support, including our founders Ros Moriarty and Yanyuwa man John Moriarty, our CEO Joanna Shulman and Indi Kindi Early Years Specialist, Jessica Horne-Kennedy.

We are extremely grateful to the team at Deloitte Access Economics, including Lachlan Smirl who spoke about the report at the event, for delivering a report that showcased how valuable and impactful Indi Kindi is.

Thank you to Paul Ramsay Foundation and the Allan and Gill Gray Foundation for supporting this report with the funding to make it happen.
