Gumbaynggirr woman Gema Simon is an A-League Women player for Newcastle Jets and a former Matilda.
She has played 138 W-League games, has 11 Matildas caps and was part of the national team squad that represented Australia at the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup in France.
