Overview
Jo Shulman is a social impact leader and human rights lawyer. She has a great track record in leading teams to achieve deep social impact in the for-purpose, corporate and government sectors.
She has significant experience in developing strategy and delivering social change in partnership with diverse communities, and in relation to a number of areas including gender equality, homelessness and domestic violence.
She was the CEO of Redfern Legal Centre from 2010-2022, a lecturer in discrimination law at UNSW and USYD, and has worked as a consultant to various NFP and Corporate entities to develop their social impact strategies. She embraces co-design when working with communities and believes deeply in community led, place-based models for change.
She is an enthusiastic football player and a coach-in training for her daughter’s under 8s football team.
