JMF Dubbo keeps delivering during lockdown

JMF football tips - juggling

We applaud the resourcefulness, determination and flexibility of our John Moriarty Football Dubbo team who have continued to deliver sessions and school holiday clinics virtually throughout the COVID-19 lockdown in regional NSW.

While at home participants have been practicing their football skills, doing fitness challenges, quizzes, breathing exercises and more. Their focus has been on building resilience, emotional self-regulation and connection to Country.

During these challenges times, the importance of solutions like JMF which deliver physical and mental health support through the lens of the Aboriginal worldview cannot be underestimated.
